This year we completed three major land sales<\/strong> <\/span>and signed ten<\/strong> new promotional agreements covering over 200 acres<\/strong><\/span>, with several more agreements expected to complete in early 2026.<\/p>\n

In addition to our residential activity, we also made strong progress on the commercial side<\/strong><\/span>, securing planning approval for three commercial sites<\/strong><\/span>, which will add 68,134 sq ft across 34 units<\/strong><\/span> to the portfolio once built. A further 101,365 sq ft across 69 units<\/strong><\/span> is currently progressing through the planning system.<\/p>\n

Our residential pipeline remains incredibly strong, with 10 live planning applications<\/strong><\/span>, delivering approximately 2,400 homes<\/strong><\/span>. Looking ahead, we are preparing 13 planning applications for submission in 2026<\/strong><\/span>, totalling a further 1,800 homes<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n
