Northern Trust successfully secured\u00a0outline planning consent for 539 dwellings<\/strong>, with the first permission granted in\u00a02016<\/strong> and the most recent renewed in\u00a02022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bringing such an ambitious project to life required\u00a0careful land assembly\u00a0<\/strong>and negotiation of\u00a0complex legal agreements<\/strong> between multiple landowners. Northern Trust played a pivotal role in managing these challenges, ensuring that the development vision could progress smoothly.<\/p>\n

Development is\u00a0ongoing<\/strong>, with both\u00a0Bellway and Avant on-site<\/strong> after acquiring the site from Duchy in 2023.<\/p>\n
