We are a family-owned and privately run company, established in 1962, with a personable and partnership-led approach to land promotion. Our dedicated strategic land team works closely with landowners to understand their objectives, develop the right strategy for each site and guide them through every stage of the planning and development process.

Our experienced team has an extensive track record of securing planning consents for both Northern Trust’s own land and sites on behalf of third-party landowners, including private individuals and families and major organisations such as BP, Severn Trent Water, Associated British Foods and Zurich Assurance Ltd.
